We stayed for 2 nights as family of 4 people. We booked premium room . The room was big enough to accommodate us with provision of extra bed for kid. The room was very clean & well maintained. The ladies staff at reception were very cheerful, welcoming & always helpful ( just like wonderful people of Sikkim). When we returned late at night they helped reserve dinner at restaurant even when it was near closing time , which was very nice gesture! The housekeeping staff were accommodative of our needs. The restaurant breakfast spread though limited was good overall ( hotel serves only veg). Ala-carte items are bit pricey but with no hotels / eateries open after 9pm there are no options in the vicinity. The restaurant staff were also very courteous ensuring we were comfortable and got what we wanted. The hotel is 30 minutes from Gangtok central with places like MG road/ Lal market. There’s Swastik cab service close to hotel which can take you & drop you back at a cost which is convenient. The cab can either be shared or booked privately. Overall we had very pleasant stay at this hotel & definitely recommend to people looking for convenient stay in Gangtok especially for vegetarians.

The rooms at udaan Woodberry are spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. All staff were friendly and helpful Especially thanks to reception team Eden, Dawa,Suparna,ayush and Amin .

Absolutely amazing place to stay in Gangtok. Mr. Dawa, Ms. Suparna, Sarita and Amit from their staff have been amazing hosts. Thank you for your services. I travelled solo and for me, this was a perfect place to stay. Until next time I am in Gangtok again!!!

Staff were very respectful and helpful with everything the food was amazing and everything was awesome and unexceptional and the room were very clean and spacious the view was very beautiful we loved our stay in Gangtok must visit Udaan woodberry Gangtok

It's a nice 3 star property. The staff is extremely courteous. All in all a pleasant stay. Reducing one star as one of the premium room we were staying in had a musty odour. We had a early check out the staff were kind enough to pack sandwiches and fruits for us.
